Impact of Techno-Stress on Job Satisfaction of Teachers in Government Schools in Sri Lanka: Evidence from Kurunegala Educational Zone

The way young people learn has altered due to mobile device use. Children readily use a smartphone or tablet PC obtain information, regardless of age location. According studies, adopting technology for learning enables children take charge their education, engage in more active social interactions, access resources, increase research analysis abilities, and think critically solve problems efficiently. Conversely, teachers are stressed as these students become acclimated with technology. Techno-stress is the term this. Five factors—techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, techno-uncertainty—are thought contribute techno-stress, which defined person's incapacity deal new healthily. This study looks at how technical stress affects teachers' job satisfaction Sri Lanka's public schools, particularly Kurunegala Educational Zone. Furthermore, determining effects techno-creators on government school sub objectives study. study's target population Lankan teachers, sample consists 350 Education Convenient sampling strategy was utilized, data collected through questionnaire. findings showed that factors considered under impacted satisfaction. results have some repercussions administrators those who intend integrate (such digital textbooks) into classrooms. Teachers must comprehend works, it may be used instruction, useful pupils if they minimize technological stress.
